Since 1881, JONCKHEERE subcontracting has specialized in the creation of complex metal structures with a global reputation for quality. Our position as a leading subcontractor means we combine industry expertise and technical know-how. We supply serial-produced, welded metal products with a high degree of complexity.
Thanks to our many years of experience, we have an excellent understanding of various metalworking techniques. This knowledge is fully utilized in the design and internal production of our tools, in order to meet the strict requirements of our international customers during the lifetime of the project. We serve a wide range of industries including transport, construction, agriculture, textiles, energy, defense and manufacturing.
Certification and quality assurance
JONCKHEERE subcontracting is ISO 9001:2015 certified, with additional certifications such as EN ISO 3834-2 and DIN 18800-7 for welding operations and EN DIN 15085-2 certification specifically for railway vehicles and components. These certifications provide a solid basis for the design of products meeting the highest international standards. As a ‘world-class subcontractor’, we are strive to high quality in products and processes, delivery reliability, customer satisfaction, excellent service and quick response times.

Sustainability
We have 5.266 solar panels on our roofs, enabling us to generate a significant proportion of our energy sustainably. We have also invested in a 2.2 MW BESS to maximize our storage of this green energy. We continuously optimize our production processes to ensure more efficient use of energy and raw materials. By integrating innovation and sustainable practices into our daily operations, we reduce our environmental footprint and help make industry more environmentally friendly.
