CNC FREZER ROESELARE
As a CNC Frezer at JONCKHEERE Subcontracting, you are a key player in our production process. You set up CNC milling machines, translate technical drawings into finished parts, and ensure precise execution. Working within a team of six colleagues, you have the opportunity to work on pieces of all sizes – from smaller components to very large parts (up to 10 m by 2.5 m). You check dimensions, carry out quality inspections, and take care of minor maintenance in case of process interruptions.
A deeper look at your job responsibilities:
- As a CNC Frezer, you are responsible for setting up and operating our CNC milling machines. You translate technical drawings into precisely finished components and ensure that all parts are produced correctly and according to the required standards.
- In addition, you carry out quality checks and dimensional measurements to guarantee the accuracy of your work. You are also responsible for performing preventive maintenance and handling minor interventions whenever malfunctions occur.
- If you have experience or an interest in programming, you can also contribute to preparing and optimizing programs, which is considered a strong added value for the team.
- Finally, you report directly to the team leader and work closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a technically skilled colleague with a background in metalworking, CNC, or mechanics. Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience as a CNC Miller, preferably with Heidenhain controls and Parpas machines. This is a strong asset, although we also welcome motivated starters who are eager to develop themselves in our field.
Programming knowledge is considered a major advantage. You work accurately and with a strong focus on quality, and you handle your tasks independently. At the same time, you are a true team player with the curiosity and willingness to learn needed to grow further.
Since we operate in an international environment, you have a good command of Dutch, or French, or English.
